Amicus Authorised Partner Support Policy

Neotechnology Business Systems is happy to offer free Amicus related support during normal business hours (9am - 5pm) to our partner network.

Partner support includes support for Amicus related products such as scales, barcode scanners etc.

Windows does not qualify as an Amicus related product.

Non-Amicus related support can be requested and will be charged at the standard support rate.

If you require support please email your problem to the support email, customersupport@neotechnology.com.au.

Emails will be responded to within four working hours whereever possible.

In extreme circumstances, such as a customer break-fix problem, partners may call the support hotline.
