Sales Screen Improvements!

Last week was spent attempting to get as much room out of the touch sale screen as possible. We made as many buttons line up as possible, and allowed for one of the product pad pages to be shown in the centre of the sale screen. This gives the user heaps of space to place as many button as they wish on the sale screen.

The new touch sale screen design was made to fit well on the 1024 x 768 as well as the 1024 x 600 resolution. The last one was done so that it would work well on a new range of handheld PCs that will be used for the hospitality industry. If all goes well, then these will be an alternative to our existing PDA solution Smartdocket for hospitality.

The next task after this is to make a full screen version of the keycode login screen. This will allow for cashiers to hide other windows when one has to login. It will also look better too.
